Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability, the Corporate Reporting Writer and Editor works collaboratively with key stakeholders in corporate sustainability, investor 
 
  • Work with subject matter experts such as various departments, research analysts, investor relations and corporate reporting teams to identify content and craft the corporate narrative. 
  • Write and collaborate on the creation and production of communications deliverables related to the ESG and Investor Relations portfolio including public reports (Annual Report, Corporate Sustainability Report, Management Discussion & Analysis, and others), briefing documents, websites, newsletters, and others.
  • Deliver high-quality, client-focused and compelling writing that aligns with the organization’s strategic priorities. 
  • Plan, research and write materials in a clear and accessible manner to audiences with varying financial or ESG knowledge and understanding.
  • Plan, schedule, and track documentation work to meet launch dates and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with members of the Corporate Communications and Brand team from concept development to the delivery of published content.
  • Provide reliable editing services for the organization, including for scripts, speeches, reports, editorials, and other deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency by writing and editing final content in accordance with company standards and providing editorial feedback.
  • Develop best practices, processes, and templates to ensure corporate systems remain efficient, coherent and intact.  
  • Revise content based on feedback and direction as needed.
  • Co-write, implement, and update tone, approach, and stylistic guidelines when appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Linguistic Solutions and other language service providers in performing various revision assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position.
  • Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination Required
  • 5+ years of content writing experience for a B2B and B2C audience. 
  • Strong experience owning an end-to-end reporting and content creation process.
  • Excellent, clear, clean, accessible writing with a good eye for consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborative and teamwork focused with ability to consult on an ongoing basis with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Ability to create flexible documents that can be used in different channels (i.e. presentations, self-help/resource content, web, whitepapers etc…)
  • ESG or Sustainability background would be a significant asset but is not a strict requirement.
