We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst - Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Optimization team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales optimization contract analysis and salesforce support. 

  • Provide in-depth analytical support for the Sales Optimization department
  • Act as the subject matter expert for within the business, including troubleshooting of issues and responding to requests from users and second tier requests
  • Support business intelligence through management of dashboards, ad hoc and standard reports, including creation, maintenance and ongoing review for applicability
  • Understand and analyze corporate sales market dynamics, corporate customer travel policies and patterns
  • Develop and implement profitable corporate contracts/pricing initiatives for full network joint venture accounts and accounts over 2 million
  • Track and manage enhancement request list via cases, and participate in prioritization of items with line of business owners and key stakeholders 
  • Support enhancement releases (three times per year) and other new initiatives, working with IT and / or consultants and business to ensure successful implementation of new features
  • Implement changes to existing contract structures and cost strategies to drive incremental revenues
  • Monitor trends and make applicable recommendations for adjustments to macro level cost strategies and contract templates when necessary
  • Interface and coordinate with internal AC revenue management and other JV contract management teams to establish joint discounts and strategies in the marketplace
  • Identify and implement new process improvements as the AC contract management organization evolves with the newly implemented PRISM system and Joint Venture carriers
  • Test and review any third party vendors and applications that integrate with
  • Maintain the integrity of the data (both financial and non-financial) in all Salesforce environments. Validate nightly data loads to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare, maintain standards and update procedures, and support documentation for processes implemented through, and / or liaise with Training Team to develop training materials


  • Bachelor Degree in IT 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience working with CRM systems, sales processes and “best practices” approach (process improvement)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a specific focus on Excel.
  • Ability to work with, analyze and organize statistical data into explicit financial outlooks and business plans
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Solution oriented, demonstrated judgment and decision making skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency with PC i.e.: Excel, Word and PowerPoint, other Microsoft Products

  • Experience with customer relationship management tools 
  • Experience creating custom user interfaces, developing custom business logic, designing application integration and architecting solutions
  • Experience developing and architecting applications with VisualForce and APEX
  • Experience with the web services API
  • Experience with enterprise application integration 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  • Familiarity with mobile and various platform architectures is highly valued
