The Recognition Manager, Operations will help develop, implement and lead all branch-wide employee engagement and recognition strategies that will ensure consistent programs and initiatives across the corporation and operational branches.
This will include but not be limited to the development, implementation and oversight of corporate wide employee recognition initiatives. The recognition aspect includes but is not limited to station recognition days, retirements, service anniversaries, Shine initiatives and above and beyond scenarios.Develop and manage strategies that will lead to a consistent corporate-level employee recognition program, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the other operational and corporate branches, while recognizing the uniqueness of specific operations.Develop and manage strategies that will lead to a consistent corporate-level employee recognition program, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the other operational and corporate branches, while recognizing the uniqueness of specific operations.
This position may be located in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver
