Reporting to the Manager, HR Data, this individual interfaces with business groups to identify and prioritize business requirements for HR. They will work within the HR Data team which is responsible for recommending and implementing solutions to HR business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to build the HR Product.
- Own the roadmap, and prioritization for Program Increment planning activities across the HR streams
- Create and manage the program and release roadmaps that align to digital program goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across multiple portfolios within HR Digital team
- Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements as they pertain to HR
- Act as the key liaison for all internal HR stakeholders
- Participate in management reviews to assist in providing input on business impacts and supporting initiatives with other teams and team members
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to proactively identify and evaluate their business requirements and identify impacts associated with business decisions
- Manage timelines and coordinate solutions with other members of HR Data Team
- Ensure business resolutions and impacts are communicated to impacted stakeholders ensuring smooth and successful transition of changes
- Provide short-term and long-term strategic thinking to improve business processes and procedures
- Conduct business analysis and apply expertise as it pertains to business requirements and client support
- Manage and support team of business analysts
- Collaborate with HR Data and Functional Architecture team as well as the HR Solutions team
- Collaborate with IT and third parties to ensure development of solutions that are compatible with company standards
Qualifications
- A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role
- 10 years of HR business facing experience preferably in a large organization.
- Product management experience is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Must have strong customer and operational focus and ability to build positive relationships with internal clients and 3rd party providers
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Oracle HRIS application and knowledge of multiple functionalities
- Takes responsibility for the results and actively participates in the future direction of the organization
- Capability to apply attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions
