What will you do?
The Marketing, Brand Strategist is responsible for taking a leading role in the strategic development of Air Canada’s brand. This innovative leader is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop strong brand positioning, drive the annual planning process and deliver sound brand marketing strategies.

Your key functions:
- Evolve the brand architecture, positioning and strategy to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.
- Define and drive an integrated brand planning process, aggregating relevant information from various branches across the organization.
- Conduct market research, consumer focus groups, and competitive landscape reviews to identify insights, brand perception, pain points, trends and innovations, opportunities, and gaps.
- Lead ideation sessions, facilitate planning sessions and discussions.
- Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and overall goals.
- Align our content marketing efforts with our brand strategy.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant Marketing experience
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required (English and French)
