The Process Improvement Manager will lead operational teams in achieving performance goals and objectives by ensuring processes and systems are effective and compliant with company expectations, external regulations, standards, and industry benchmarks.
The Process Improvement Manager will generate documentation of existing processes, implement changes or improvements, and analyze implemented changes to make further adjustments as needed.
Key Functions & Accountabilities:

Implement strategies through process improvements and projects related to Talent Acquisition performance

Create and update process maps and business processes.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

Identify risks that could prevent successful deployment and develop proper mitigation plans.

Assist in documenting and communicating recruitment policies, procedures and changes effectively.

Work with and establish relationships with other HR professionals to ensure strategy and processes are compliant with corporate HR programs and policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (an asset)

Process mapping experience
-
Experience developing, executing, and maintaining project plans.

Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills
-
Ability to lead and influence through change management.

Ability to think strategically and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with HR systems and UAT environments

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Visio)

Bilingual (French & English)
