We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Multimedia Sales Specialist, IFEC, who will report to the Manager, Content & Media Sales and work closely with Air Canada’s corporate clients and product sponsors to implement advertising campaigns for the in-flight entertainment system(s). This role is part of a high performing team that will help ensure collaborating efforts align with business priorities and revenue targets. The successful candidate will have strong organizational & interpersonal skills, as well as creative thinking and analytical evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities:

Production Coordination
-
Facilitate the monthly content updates for Air Canada’s corporate and partner campaigns including managing, tracking, and scheduling assets on the IFE systems

Coordinate workflow with various departments across the organization and third parties

Ensure brand content is consistent across various channels
-
Liaise with client departments, when necessary and review incoming creative to ensure it complies with specifications, dates, inventory availability and ad materials

Perform metadata entry into CMS (Content Management Service) portals that push content onto the IFE systems, ensuring quality control

Help drive revenue growth through new client campaigns and sponsorship scale/scope, optimizing engagement, contract management, and effective prioritization of resources

Book and manage house ads in coordination with sales and ad operations teams

Update blocking charts and manage booking schedules

Provide performance reports
Account Management:
-
Communicate client briefs, feedback, and requests to internal teams

Pull monthly reports for IFEC team, Corporate Clients and Partner campaigns

Month-end Reconciliation to invoice respective account holders and track financials

Troubleshoot when required

Participate in status meeting
-
Assist with special projects, quotes, proposals, or development of new products, as required

Support In-flight Entertainment & Connectivity team, as required
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1-3 year of relevant ad production experience
-
University Degree or College Diploma in print production, project management, business administration or equivalent
-
Previous airline experience would be a strong asset

French Bilingual, an asset
-
Knowledge or exposure to Air Canada’s products and customer value propositions would be an asset

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in an organized manner, and to manage competing priorities

Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle deadline pressures efficiently and effectively

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a team environment

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word; Adobe in Design, Photoshop and Acrobat; Comfortable in a Mac environment

Training with ad servers, experience with different types of ad tags, an asset

Knowledge of online metrics, digital sales cycle, digital ad management systems an asset
