We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our IT Operations team with a focus on Dynatrace monitoring.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, with a deep understanding of Dynatrace monitoring tools and methodologies. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Dynatrace monitoring platform, ensuring that our IT operations teams have the necessary visibility and insights to identify and remediate issues quickly.

This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager, IT & Cyber Operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Dynatrace monitoring platform, including installation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace agents and components.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide insights into IT and cyber operations performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and cyber operations teams to identify and prioritize key metrics and KPIs for monitoring and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Dynatrace-related issues, working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate Dynatrace performance as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynatrace features and capabilities and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for Dynatrace monitoring.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to other teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations and cyber security, with a focus on Dynatrace monitoring.
  • Extensive experience with Dynatrace tools and methodologies, including installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of IT and cyber security principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify as well as resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, cyber security teams, vendors, as well as stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Certified Associate, Certified Professional) are a plus.
