The position can be located in the following Countries - London (LHR), Frankfurt (FRA) and France (CDG)
 
Based out of the EMEAI region and reporting to the Senior Manager CRM, Strategic Insights and Analytics in Montréal (CDA) the Manager, Cargo CRM and Analytics will work closely with the European Regional Cargo Team (EMEAI) to drive adoption and provide guidance for 3 key areas: CRM, Analytics and Strategic Commercial Insights. 

Fully integrated with the CRM and Analytics team in Canada, the candidate will be responsible to shape, implement and promote the growing and strategic CRM deployment and Analytics needs of the region. 

Furthermore, a strong relationship with the Cargo Network Planning and Revenue Management team to provide the EMEAI team with meaningful commercial strategic insights is another key responsibility to contribute to the success of the region. 

The position will be based either at London Heathrow, Frankfurt-Main Airport, or Charles De Gaulle Airport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master the Analytics and CRM solutions to become the expert in the EMEAI region  
  • Work in close collaboration with the Analytics and CRM Team to help drive, shape and execute the roadmaps 
  • In collaboration with the EMEAI team, identify new functionality requirements, design and develop process changes for the implementation in the CRM and the Analytics environment
  • Make sure that the CRM processes reflect and support the business processes and provide the value and insights to the Salesforce community
  • Ensure that the Analytic needs and opportunities of the region are fully reflected resulting in increased data-drive decision making
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports relevant to drive analytical insights by working in close collaboration with the Cargo Analytics team 
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the CRM and Analytics adoption plans for the EMEA region 
  • Drive the adoption and usage of the CRM and Analytics platform and provide guidance to the User community to ensure highest level of efficiency (data quality and CRM processes)
  • Work in close collaboration with the Revenue Management and Network Planning Team in Montreal to provide them with regional insights to optimize the decision making 
  • Provide the EMEA with regional commercial strategic insights to help uncover and drive new market opportunities or improve on current business 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree/College Diploma in Commerce, Digital Marketing, Information Management or related fields 
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably with Analytics and/or CRM solutions
  • Experience in the Transportation / Cargo industry is an asset
  • Knowledge and expertise in Digital technologies and their implementations 
  • Motivated self starter that can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work/support multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to understand information systems and their function, provide input to future development
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills to take on new challenges, interpret commercial needs, develop and execute integrated, strategic solutions in collaboration with relevant business functions for cross-functional success
  • Ability to excel and make decisions working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Experience in Process and Change management at the organizational level
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential
  • Effective strategic planning and decision-making ability
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Candidates must be fluent in English; a second language would be considered as an asset (e.g. German, French)
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis (mainly within Europe)
  • Must have the right to work in either UK, Germany, or France unrestricted
