Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, we are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the IT team responsible for developing and maintaining our data acquisition pipelines, monitoring tools and proprietary systems. The ideal candidate is a seasoned C# developer with good knowledge of DevOps and experience in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETLs. You will work in an agile and fast-paced environment with a lot of room for growth and opportunities.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least 2+ days per week at our office downtown Montreal.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain monitoring tools, proprietary systems and quality ETL processes for 70+ external data providers
  • Maintain our data infrastructure and ensure optimal execution of our data pipelines
  • Analyze new business needs to develop and evolve our data architecture (streaming data, etc.)
  • Support internal clients using data on a daily basis to drive investment decisions and produce reporting
  • Write well thought-out code, with an emphasis on quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability
  • Be at the forefront of new technologies and suggest innovative and modern solutions


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience (required)
  • Proven experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Git, Azure, DevOps practices and CI/CD
  • Proven experience building and supporting data pipelines and ETLs with a broad set of data sources and types
  • Experience developing front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Blazor or similar
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit/integration tests using frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, NSubstitute, SonarQube or similar
  • Experience building serverless applications, APIs or microservices
  • Experience with platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Prefect or similar (an asset).
  • Experience with Docker, Azure Containers, and message brokers such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Pulsar or RabbitMQ (an asset)
  • Professional experience with investments systems (Eagle, Bloomberg AIM, etc.) or financial markets (an asset)
  • Engineering mindset
