This position has responsibility to enforce, support, and manage the various elements that comprise the Air Canada’s brand framework and guidelines. As such, the incumbent will support the brand design direction and/or make recommendations to internal (company wide) as well as external partners for Air Canada, Air Canada Cargo and Rivo.
Key Functions & Accountabilities:

Reviews communication material to ensure alignment with the brand identity systems and provides feedback and/or approvals.

Manages internal projects company wide for branch specific office décor (colours, material selection, decals, logos, …) for Air Canada, Air Canada Cargo and Rivo.

Manages the trademark portfolio with the Legal team e.g. infringement, domain requests, trademark licensing agreements. Create and manage a system to catalogue requests and monitoring of renewal periods.

Responsible for the creation, production and distribution of all material and collateral for the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges, Air Canada Café and Air Canada Signature as per the requirements of the Product Team.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Air Canada Boutique; review new program offerings, provide approvals, and develops promotional programs when required.

Manages the inbox for brand related matters.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Background in branding and design an asset

Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong skill of all Microsoft software and basic skills of Adobe Suite an asset

Great partnering skills with a strong customer focus

Team player

Resourceful
