We are looking for a dynamic individual to join and work within the HR Data Science & Analytics team which is responsible for creating and maintaining HR dashboard and metrices. Reporting to the Manager, HR Data Science & Analytics, this individual is responsible for supporting internal HR clients with their business requirements and working with vendor partners to implement changes and/or enhancements. 
Key Functions and Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing structured data to answer questions to solve business problems.
  • Conduct data analysis and apply expertise as it pertains to reporting requirements and client support.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at executive levels, within HR, and with people managers.
  • Assist in automation of periodic reports into dynamic dashboard. 
  • Engage, prepare, build and execute ad hoc complex analysis and to understand business performance/user metrics, KPI’s and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our HR business decisions
  • Develop and create meaningful KPI dashboards, performance scorecards and flag trends and gaps.


  • 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s + 2 years of relevant experience in a large organization.
  • Experience in visualization techniques, and analysis.
  • Experience modeling high dimensional data.
  • Experience with tools and languages such as SQL, R, Tableau, or PowerBI, and in the design and implementation of data pipelines that support the continuous delivery of insight. 
  • Ideally experience with people research, the human capital domain, user interface, consulting, and travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, inquisitive with the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.  
  • Must have strong customer and operational focus and ability to build positive relationships with internal clients and 3rd party providers.
