Reporting to the Manager, Interline & Postal Affairs, the successful candidate will support the company’s relationships with strategically important global Postal Authorities, Consolidators, and Interline Carriers. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting business growth and processes, through engagement with existing customers as well as new clientele. 


  • Participate in the negotiation, analysis, evaluation, and execution of postal and interline agreements.
  • Monitor individual bookings/business flows and account performance across geographical, customer and solution lines. 
  • Influence customers and diffuse potential problems, anticipate customer's needs and identify appropriate alternatives to support business continuity.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships at all levels with key personnel within postal authorities, consolidators and Interline partners.
  • Liaise continuously with customers in a multi-level hierarchy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and centricity.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Analytics and CRM teams to build robust reporting tools and dashboards to drive actionable business development and growth while harnessing industry insights.
  • Responsible for the execution of commercial projects to secure new business opportunities on an ongoing basis using sound and up-to-date market trends.
  • Participate in the preparation and submissions of all postal RFPs and relevant government tenders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with airline partners and internal stakeholders for continuous program review.
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of interline/postal affair policies and processes through engagement and cooperation with internal departments and business partners.
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of all cargo products and key interrelated product initiatives/strategy.
  • Lead product solution development efforts by coordinating the involvement of company/external resources, i.e., for major product features, IT development initiatives/enhancements to offer a competitive customer experience offering.
  • Lead the administrative aspects of partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders (preparation of agreements, presentations, analyses).
  • Works closely with the Cargo Postal Manager and Cargo Procedures & Compliance teams to ensure uninterrupted customer success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and/or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in relevant role. (Preferred in a commercially field such as Business, Economics/Finance, Sales & Marketing.
  • Good understanding of the airline cargo value chain with (preferred) professional experience in a range of key functions.
  • Good business relationship and partnerships skill set.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
  • Planning, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Results and detail oriented.
  • Ability to cope with irregular or multiple work demands and meet established deadlines.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Must be receptive to flexible work hours and travel expectations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
