We offer a competitive starting salary of $23.30 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package:
Key responsibilities:

Sort and create files for claims received from customers according to quality standards.

Calculate what to charge a partner airline when they take responsibility in a customer’s itinerary after a claim is paid by Air Canada. (Prepare Prorates)

Provide support by maintaining various types of reports, files and data systems

Prepare bank transfers

Liaise with Baggage Claims Representatives

Receive, deliver and pick up boxes, incoming mail, parcels, etc for Baggage Claims

Update and input data.

Operate office equipment.

Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide feedback to leads and management in order to promote continual improvement of Air Canada’s customer service delivery

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

May be required to perform other general office and administrative tasks which do not affect the nature of the job.
Qualifications

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Databases, Powerpoint, Access)

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
-
Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Strong time-management skills and an ability to work autonomously.

An ability to adapt, to not only new procedures and policies, but new technology.
