The Employee Support Resource Coordinator reports to the Manager, Resource Planning - YYZ

  • Communicate and engage with front-line employees
  • Inform employees on administrative processes and protocols
  • Support the entry and monitoring of daily overtime, sickness and injury reports when needed
  • Support the coordination and planning of coaching programs, hiring & onboarding
  • Reconcile shift bid preference sheets
  • Responsible for the handling of employee inquiries
  • Communicates sick calls to manpower in a timely manner
  • Canvass employees for overtime while minimizing costs, when required
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any punch-clock issues
  • Support the registration of new employees with the GTAA pass office and biometric uploads

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of AC/IAMAW & UNIFOR Collective Agreements
  • Good judgment and discretion

LINGUISTIC REQUIREMENTS
