Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and operating all HVAC equipment, including manipulation of Halocarbon gasses.
Investigating and troubleshooting faulty equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PLC’s (Siemens, Trane)
Performing minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing of belts, oil, filters, etc.
Doing visual inspections of building to maintain standards.
Providing various mechanical, rotating equipment support; maintaining optimum functionality for Hangar equipment and systems by performing inspections, completing preventive maintenance measures, and maintaining/repairing building equipment and system
Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and complies with applicable industry standards.
Team oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and self directed.
Able to work under pressure.
