We are looking for a dynamic individual that will be part of the Linguistics Affairs Team and become one of our ambassadors of the employee Flight Path values. The individual will report to the General Manager, Linguistics Affairs and Diversity and will provide support the language training team and the linguistics services team.

  • Administer the enrolment tool for language courses (entries, changes and follow-up)
  • Approve training requests in the enrolment tool based on competency criteria
  • Monitor, respond to and follow up on messages in the linguistic mailbox on a daily basis.
  • Provide employees with information on language courses and propose appropriate courses
  • Correct online tests and follow up as necessary
  • Follow up monthly with the linguistic coordinators for the list of employees approved for the courses
  • Follow up on employee requests (for example, notify an employee interested in attending Spanish workshops upon confirmation from the facilitator)
  • Coordinate open houses: booking rooms or venues, ordering food and beverages, communications, materials (three times a year)
  • Monitor courses with limited enrolment and notify the person in charge
  • Assess training session capacities, adjust according to operational needs and facilitator schedules (including facility, materials for various branch groups)
  • Prepare and help with the courses’ promotions and communications
  • Respond to and resolve unforeseen situations (absence of instructor, student, classroom, and so on)
  • Manage contract service agreements for new contracts and for contract renewals (including travel arrangements and promotional codes).
  • Manage promotional material inventory (AeroVocab, pens, bags, brochures, and so on) and place orders
  • Manage language complaints: receipt, coding, sending for investigation, and follow-up
  • Manage monthly reports or other reports upon request: hiring, audits, training, types of employee requests, and so on
  • Send and track materials during events (one to three per month)
  • Monitor and respond to messages in the OLLO mailboxes daily
  • Responsible for ACaeronet information and updates.


  •  Previous HR or training experience an asset
  • Three to five years of experience with similar tasks
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize various tasks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong Customer focus Skills
  • Detail-oriented and administrative rigor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong skills for organizing and coordinating events
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English and French
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible
