The Subscriber Services Analyst is responsible for supporting the steady state end user experiences of Mobile Cellular devices.

 

Work with our support vendors to help resolve daily support issues, identifying technical roadblocks ahead of time, providing cost effective recommendations for migrations to new and improved services.

  • Review, analyse cellular usage reports.
  • Work in partnership with business units to effectively identify problems and find appropriate solutions to meet their mobile needs.
  • Constantly looking at reducing mobility cost and improving service.
  • Ensure mobile devices are delivered efficiently and meet the business requirements and expectations of the Air Canada users.
  • Provide direct input to the AC IT team on current and new mobile service .
  • Work with the members of the mobile vendor team to ensure timely and optimized delivery of mobile services.
  • Oversee the resolution of issues with the mobile vendor.
  • Be the prime point of contact for all cellular mobile issues and initiatives.
  • Support the IT team by managing the MDM services (intune) and assisting with trouble-shooting as needed.
  • Responsible for writing communiqué and ‘how to’ documents
  • Be the key contact between service provider any mobile service requests.
  • Make recommendations on the adoption/improvement of new and existing processes.

 


 

Qualifications

  • A relevant University degree/technical certification (and/or relevant experience)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in similar position
  • 2-5 years of experience working with Microsoft intune
  • Experience working with Soti MDM, an asset
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter with critical thinking, analytical approach, business acumen and decision making
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
  • Should have a passion for service excellence
  • Organized
