  • Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and operating all HVAC equipment.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting faulty equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PLC’s (Siemens, Trane).
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing of belts, oil, filters, etc.
  • Doing visual inspections of building to maintain standards.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and complies with applicable industry standards.
  • Performing other duties as requested.  
  • Team oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and self-directed.
  • Able to work under pressure.



  • Must possess a valid  313A refrigeration License
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of building mechanics, HVAC systems, controls systems, Mechanical system operation and building automation.             
  • Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be detailed oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, e-mail and internet).
