Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this entry level Human Resource position supports the delivery of HR activities to their dedicated branches in collaboration with the HR Advisors.


Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Process Employee Movements transactions and ensure they are updated in the system.
  • In collaboration with the HR Advisor, develop, update and translate job descriptions.
  • Maintain all staffing requisitions and send the job description for posting once the positions has been approved.
  • Coordinate the CTN process for the respective branches.
  • Create and maintain HR reports and databases.
  • Escalate employee issues to the Employee Care Team and assist in the resolution of the file.
  • Review content from exit interviews and compile data.
  • Maintain and develop organizational charts.
  • Assist in special assignments and projects as required.
  • Support and deliver HR Initiatives for assigned branches.
  • Participate in meetings with customer colleagues in support of the business.
  • All other HR duties as required.

 

 

Qualifications

  • University degree or certificate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Economics is considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of the Airline industry is an asset;
  • Must be able to write in English and French;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Word;
  • Strong inter-personal skills;
  • Adaptable and ability to work flexible hours as required/directed;
  • Some travel may be required.
