We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assume the function of administrative assistant, reporting to Senior Director, Process Optimization.
  • Interface/liaise with Senior Management of various branches, as well as other organizations (e.g. airport authorities).
  • Coordinate overall functionality of Administrative office/personnel.
  • Direct handling of routine and confidential matters, i.e. correspondence, telephone queries, etc.
  • Manage all correspondence, internal and external, respond as required and as appropriate.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, overheads as required.
  • Coordinate meetings both locally and at remote locations, i.e. book conference rooms, meeting notices, etc. 
  • Prepare, coordinate and distribute meeting material, e.g., agenda, reports, presentation, etc.
  • Establish and maintain filing and follow-up systems.
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support, as required.
  • Provide assistance to local Loss Control Manager.
  • (CAMS –degree of confidentiality/organization).


  • Sound knowledge and  proficiency of computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong organizational skills, disciplined and self motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) well developed inter-personal skills.
  • High degree of diplomacy, discretion, maturity and judgement.
  • Applicant must be flexible and willing to work extended hours on occasion; strong personal initiative and have the ability to work in a confidential capacity, with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
Conditions of Employment:
